Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. This role is student-facing, with coaching focused on motivation, not instruction, using AI-powered analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.

Forty percent of the week is direct coaching, another forty percent is leading life-skills workshops, and twenty percent sets the daily tone with high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or mentoring youth or students.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate high-achieving individuals.
• Willingness to work in-person at a campus network across the US.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using data to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Lead structured life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery through Alpha's system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families with high standards and motivation plans.
