Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication under pressure and the ability to follow SOPs.

• Candidates should be capable of long periods of sitting and extensive computer use.

Responsibilities

• Answers 911 calls using the VESTA system and determines appropriate response.
• Uses CAD to process calls and dispatch agencies; provides critical information in CAD remarks.
• Maintains IAED certifications and keeps protocol knowledge up to date.
• Follows oral and written instructions and works with others in high-stress situations.
