Job summary

Pace is seeking a lab technician to support routine bioanalytical testing, including ELISA and plate-based assays, in a fast-paced R&D environment. You will prepare samples, perform pipetting, document results, and contribute to assay optimization and product development objectives.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and collaboration with scientists and cross-functional teams, with a focus on GMP-style documentation and adherence to SOPs. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a biological science or related field.
• Ability to perform high-volume, accurate, and reproducible pipetting.
• Hands-on experience performing, optimizing, and troubleshooting plate-based assays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting data.

Responsibilities

• Execute sample testing using immunoassay techniques including ELISA and plate-based assays.
• Prepare samples, standards, controls, and reagents for ELISA and related testing.
• Perform precise pipetting to support assay execution.
• Organize, interpret, and present experimental data to peers.
• Assist with assay optimization and product development objectives.
• Document work in batch records and electronic notebooks.
• Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams to share learnings.
