Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst eLIMS CoE (QC Operations) to configure, govern, and lifecycle manage complex master data within LabVantage in a GxP environment. You will ensure compliant, accurate, and standardized configurations across a global network.

Work with laboratories, quality organizations, system owners, and cross-functional partners to enable paperless workflows, drive continuous improvement, and support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with eLIMS / LabVantage.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP / GxP requirements, quality systems, compliance processes, and risk management.
• Strong English communication; at least B2 level, C1 preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead domain-specific initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, approve, and maintain complex master data in eLIMS (LabVantage).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and traceability of master data and related documentation.
• Configure master data supporting Release, Stability, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and COA-related processes.
• Support harmonized and standardized eLIMS configurations across multiple sites and processes.
• Translate laboratory and business requirements into effective system configurations.
• Execute and support change control activities, including impact assessments and implementation planning.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize QC business processes.
