Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience including postgraduate.
• 4+ years of experience in Managing or Developing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Software Validation Process.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of LIMS per strategic Roadmap.
• Translate requirements for global, site-specific needs.
• Lead Change Management with sites undergoing digitalization or replacements.
• Develop and train Lab System Admins as SMEs of the platform and process.
• Deliver stakeholder and site leadership communications for deployments or LCM activities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT to meet business needs with digital solutions.
• Promote standardization to enable rapid global scaleup of digital solutions.
• Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.
