Job summary

Capitol Bridge, LLC is seeking an experienced Eligibility Team Lead to oversee a team of Eligibility Case Managers on-site in Columbia, SC. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ensuring productivity, quality, timeliness, attendance, and compliance in daily operations.

The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, develop their team, and address issues proactively while aligning with program goals. Employment requires work eligibility verification and successful background screening;

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coaching and providing performance feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, eligibility, or high-volume operations preferred.
• Must pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and coaching to Eligibility Case Managers.
• Set expectations for productivity, quality, attendance, professionalism, and case management.
• Monitor performance against goals, service levels, and quality standards.
• Provide timely, specific, and actionable performance feedback.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with program leadership and support functions.
• Foster accountability and a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
• Maintain documentation of coaching and performance.
• Participate in leadership meetings and program activities as required.
