Job summary

Maximus seeks a proactive Supervisor of HSDE Administrators to lead performance reviews, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to data entry programs, policies, and safety standards.

You will drive coaching, coordinate with QA and Training to close skill gaps, manage escalations, and report personnel issues to HR while maintaining strong QA metrics.

Role is full-time, remote with standard ET hours, supporting operations across the Continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience supporting enrollment and eligibility processes.
• Strong written communication skills for clear, professional correspondence.
• Demonstrates ability to lead, coach, and support team members while promoting accountability and performance goals.
• Full-time position with standard 8-hour days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HSDE Administrators and provide constructive feedback to achieve performance objectives.
• Conduct monthly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reviews for the team.
• Stay updated on data entry programs, systems, and policies.
• Assist in HSDE training sessions and ensure team competence.
• Meet QA and KPI standards and report issues to HR proactively.
• Review HSDE documentation for safety and process compliance.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise High Speed Data Entry (HSDE) Administrators, providing constructive feedback and guidance to achieve and surpass individual performance objectives.

• Conduct regular monthly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reviews for the team.

• Stay updated on all data entry programs, systems, performance requirements, and Corporate/Project policies and procedures.

• Aid HSDE Administrators in data entry completion and manage escalated tasks effectively.

• Assist in conducting HSDE training sessions, ensuring team competence.

• Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and key performance metrics standards.

• Assess training needs, collaborate with Quality Assurance and Training departments to implement effective training initiatives.

• Report personnel-related issues to Human Resources and report anticipated problems proactively.

• Review and provide feedback on HSDE documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with established safety standards.

• Fulfill other assigned duties by Management.

Minimum Requirements

'- Bachelors degree in relevant field of study and 3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

'- Demonstrates experience supporting enrollment and eligibility processes.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional correspondence.

• Demonstrates ability to lead, coach, and support team members while promoting accountability, development, and achievement of performance goals.

• This is a full-time position with 8-hour workdays, Monday-Friday. Training and work schedules will fall within the hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.

• Communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Home Office Requirements

• Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).

• Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.

• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
