Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal and State statutes and agency policies relating to developmental disabilities.
• Ability to conduct eligibility interviews and determine eligibility determinations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility interviews and reviews; track redetermination and eligibility determinations.
• Screen applications and refer applicants to community resources; write progress notes.
• Review documentation and research disability diagnoses for eligibility.
• Correspondence with families and participate in training and meetings.
