Job summary

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma with relevant program experience in clerical, administration, social work, correctional administration, or business administration.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for the required program experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides services for SNAP, TANF, ESAP, and SCCAP programs according to laws and agency policies.
• Conducts a minimum of 15 quality interviews daily (phone or face-to-face).
• Processes applications and recertifications for eligibility and benefit authorizations where applicable.
• Maintains case records in the agency system and documents client activities.
• Identifies overpayments and prepares referrals and hearing materials as needed.
• Participates in required trainings and meetings.
• Protects PII and safeguards agency networks and data.
• Performs other duties as required, including shelter duty when directed.
