Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clarifies and resolves issues by identifying needs, determining root causes, and implementing solutions.

• Provides triage support for common platform and back-office issues.
• Documents interactions accurately in the CRM system with detailed records.
• Maintains adherence to KPIs and delivers professional customer service.
