Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process utility assistance mail-in and walk-in applications accurately and timely.
• Enter data into two databases using a dual-monitor setup.
• Review documents to determine eligibility and enrollment.
• Complete internal docs to confirm entry and save records.
• Contact clients by phone to clarify missing or unclear information.
• Prepare and mail final eligibility notifications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute process improvement ideas.
