Kaleida Health in New York is seeking an admissions trainer to train and monitor staff on the eligibility system, improving the organization’s revenue cycle performance. You will work with management on system reporting and retraining, and you will correct and resolve alerts as directed.
The role requires an associate degree or HS diploma with relevant experience and a valid driver's license, with on-site work and rotating weekend/on-call duties.
This position will be responsible to train and monitor all employees on the eligibility system used by the organization to improve overall financial performance of the revenue cycle. Will monitor the system, utilize reports and work alerts to ensure timeliness of claim submission. Works directly with management in regards to system reporting and retraining of staff as necessary. Will correct and resolve alerts as directed.
