Job summary

Children’s Network of Hillsborough in Tampa is seeking a Revenue Maximization Specialist to manage Title IV-E, Medicaid, and TANF applications for youth in out-of-home care. The role ensures timely eligibility determinations and coordinates with DFS, case managers, and providers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has experience with FSFN, regulatory reporting, and accurate record-keeping; you will work in-office 40 hours weekly and support audits and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year college).
• Experience in child welfare preferred.
• Specialized training/experience in federal funding for child welfare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and maintains Title IV-E eligibility for children in out-of-home care.
• Initiates Title IV-E applications in FSFN and determines eligibility for funding.
• Completes, reviews, and submits Medicaid applications to ensure timely access to coverage.
• Tracks eligibility deadlines and renewals to prevent benefit interruptions.
