Starting pay ranges from $24.99 to $29.84 per hour, with extensive benefits including CalPERS medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PSLF eligibility, and a 9/80 schedule option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or AA and 2 years in related field.
• Able to operate ten key calculator by touch and perform fast, accurate calculations.
• Maintain timely and accurate consumer and financial records.
• Perform complex math calculations and generate statistical reports.
• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fiscal, financial, and statistical records and complete reports for internal/external audiences.
• Coordinate with Consumer Benefits Unit and case management staff to meet deadlines.
• Understand eligibility for Federal benefits programs and apply requirements.
• Collect consumer information for benefits applications and reporting.
• Maintain documentation of consumer eligibility and wage status for government entities.
