• Provides and coordinates services to clients, families and partners that call or visit the local office.
• Receives and routes telephone communications for the county office.
• Offers follow-up and customer service to resolve issues.
• Screens and registers applications for OFI Eligibility programs.
• Uses electronic application, Document Imaging, and eligibility systems.
• Maintains confidential records.
• Performs daily work with standard software applications.
• Handles additional professional responsibilities as assigned.
• Supports multiple program-related duties as needed.
