Job summary

Elevated Facility Services Group is seeking an experienced elevator technician to assist in maintenance, servicing, repair and troubleshooting of elevators and related machinery. You will work hands-on in 58 markets across 22 states, with local office teams ensuring top-tier service.

The role requires a high school diploma, preference for an Elevator Technician license, and proficiency with hand tools, electrical test equipment, and rigging. On‑call work and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Elevator Technician degree or Elevator Mechanic License preferred.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools.
• Familiar with electrical reading/testing equipment and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Investigates problems of electric, mechanical or hydraulic nature related to elevators and related equipment and performs repairs.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure safe operation and OSHA compliance.
• Performs annual tests to ensure proper operation of safety devices.
• Assesses suitability of present equipment and proposed upgrades or new equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
