• Minimum 3 years' experience servicing residential elevators.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers on a positive basis.

Responsibilities

• Service, Repair, and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• Service, Repair, and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For
