Southeast Elevator is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Technician to join our growing Florida team. The ideal candidate will service, repair and troubleshoot residential elevators with strong mechanical aptitude and excellent customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience servicing residential elevators.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot elevator equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned elevator route.
• Respond to work order requests promptly.

The ideal candidate is a skilled troubleshooter with proven leadership and problem-solving abilities who takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality service.

What You'll Do

• Service, Repair, and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience servicing Residential Elevators
• Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
• Clean, valid drivers license
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers on a positive basis

Requirements

Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License, preferred
