Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in elevator or construction sales preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound quote requests.
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Estimate material, labor, and project costs for pricing.
• Present and sell company products and services to customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by deadlines.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to inform customers of developments.
• Maintain records in CRM and track sales pipeline.
• Create sales materials for customer presentations.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
