Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Project Manager for New Installation in West Palm Beach or Miami, FL. You will oversee purchasing, scheduling, and delivery of materials to install new equipment, ensuring timely, productive, and cost-efficient outcomes.

The role requires managing complex activities from contracting through on-site coordination and delivery, including OSHPD approvals and coordination with national teams.

Qualifications

• Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects involving scheduling, procurement, and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Receives job package for traction elevators and prepares the job file for coordination.
• Maintains job file and database with current status and actions required; closes upon final acceptance.
• Reviews specs, drawings, and abstracts; issues PO's; coordinates change orders affecting price.
• Ensures OSHPD and related approvals and handles job coordination meetings.
• Prepares schedules, permits, and deliveries; acts as point of contact for National Coordination.
