Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as an Elevator Mechanic or Technician.
• Strong knowledge of traction, hydraulic, and MRL systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Experience with modernization projects preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and modernize elevators, escalators, and vertical transportation equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic elevator systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Document all work performed and maintain service records.
• Coordinate with building managers, contractors, and customers to ensure quality service.
