Job summary

TK Elevator in Albuquerque, NM is seeking Elevator Mechanics to support service, repair, new installation and modernization efforts. You will work to complete assignments in alignment with customer expectations and profitability measures, while ensuring safety and quality in the field.

The role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components, performing preventative maintenance, and building strong relationships with building owners, property managers, engineers, and union agents.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years related work experience as a mechanic or technician in a commercial setting.
• Must have demonstrated strong mechanical reasoning and comprehension skills plus hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Relocation assistance may be considered.
• This position requires the ability to be a self-starter and work independently with little supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
