Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior mechanical or construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for out-of-town assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Equipment Installation: Support the setup of elevators and lifts by helping with assembly, alignment, and securing of components.
• Maintenance Support: Aid in routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshooting Assistance: Help diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Worksite Preparation: Prepare and maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring tools and materials are readily available.
• Documentation: Assist in recording maintenance activities, parts used, and any issues encountered during service calls.
