• Must have extensive elevator knowledge and the ability to communicate with building ownership, personnel and contractors.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor in all situations.
• Ability to adapt to new technology used for field operations and to report billable hours accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual inspections and witness full load tests; complete required paperwork.
• Conduct maintenance evaluations and associated documentation.
• Conduct maintenance re-evaluations and prepare reports with findings and corrections.
