All-Ways Elevator, Inc. is a locally owned and operated, full‑service elevator company specializing in commercial and residential installations, modernization, maintenance, and repairs. We are currently seeking an Apprentice to join our growing team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Maintain work sites according to industry safety standards
  • Assist mechanics with daily tasks and project work
  • Maintain and organize tools and equipment on job sites and in service vehicles
  • Track and maintain inventory and supplies needed to perform work
  • Keep job sites and service vehicles clean and organized
  • Complete CET training and continuing education courses
  • Communicate effectively with mechanics, supervisors, and office staff
  • Travel to job sites throughout Long Island, NYC, and New Jersey
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Minimum 1 year of elevator industry experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift and carry 70+ pounds
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with elevator technology
  • Reliable and punctual work habits
