Puttshack USA is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support dining and bar operations, delivering food and drinks, and keeping tables and golf courses clean and reset. The role emphasizes guest-focused service in a fun, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Ability to obtain required licenses for your location.
• Strong guest satisfaction focus.
• Effectively communicate in written and spoken directions.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed expectations
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Take direction and be a team player
• Follow all policies of employment
