Responsibilities

• Prompts and warmly greet guests; take food and beverages following service steps.
• Deliver food promptly; maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens; accommodate requests.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure correct orders and special requests.
• Demonstrate strong communication; stay flexible and patient with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and protect guest privacy.
• Address complaints; relay information to supervisor as needed.
• Ensure dining room setup before/after service; keep area tidy.
• Operate various equipment including coffee machines and tea dispensers.
• Collaborate with other departments during events.
