Qualifications

• Deliver food promptly, following established service steps.
• Advise guests on menu items and dietary options; handle special requests.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure correct orders.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork with all staff.
• Collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and protect confidentiality.
• Address complaints and relay feedback to supervisor as needed.
• Prepare dining area before and after service; keep it tidy and sanitary.
• Operate equipment such as beverage machines and cauldron gear as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments during events and functions.
