Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Dining Room Server to deliver meals to residents and guests with timeliness and courtesy, ensuring a positive dining experience. You will work as part of the dietary team to support a smooth kitchen operation and uphold service standards in a caring, respectful environment.

The role requires reading and following directions, obtaining a Food Handlers Permit where needed, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit (as required by State regulations).
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with seniors.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner and on a schedule.
• Work with the dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the dining room.
• Provide first-class customer service to residents and visitors.
• Maintain honesty, fairness, dependability, confidentiality, and privacy in all interactions.
