The Right Person

You don't need to have all the answers—but you should know how to get things done.

You are comfortable jumping onto a station when the kitchen gets busy, helping a team member work through a challenge, and making sure the food leaving the kitchen is something you are proud to put your name behind.

You understand that leadership in a kitchen isn't about standing on the sidelines. It's about setting the standard, supporting the team, and getting in the mix.
