Job summary

Los Poblanos is seeking a Campo Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will be an ambassador for the property, guiding guests through menu offerings with confidence and warmth, while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 2 years in fine dining, Serve Safe certification, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Spanish language skills are a plus, and the team emphasizes hospitality, respect, and community

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Serve Safe or equivalent certification completed.
• Valid Alcohol Servers Permit and professional appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Present menus, describe dishes, and answer questions about offerings.
• Take and input accurate guest orders and dietary considerations.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure proper execution of orders.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Process payments including cash and house accounts.
• Maintain dining/service area cleanliness and reset tables efficiently.
• Collaborate with team to deliver an elevated guest experience.
• Adhere to opening/closing procedures and company standards.
