Job summary

Cece's Roland Park is hiring a Bartender to join our culinary-forward team in a lively setting. You will craft cocktails, serve wine and beer, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction across dining spaces including al fresco areas. This tipped role offers growth within Live! Hospitality & Entertainment and requires strong communication and teamwork.

The position is full-time with competitive benefits for eligible associates; experience in fast-paced venues is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience bartending at high volume bars or nightclubs.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, and garnishments.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Good communication with guests, cooks, and staff.
• Reading/writing abilities used for taking orders and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide energetic, outgoing service with professionalism.
• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serve wine and beers; take beverage orders from guests.
• Check IDs and promote current promotions to guests.
• Record items, collect payments, and record tips as policy requires.
