Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume operations.

• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Professional demeanor and strong guest engagement skills.
• Responsible Vendor Alcohol Certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create an inviting bar atmosphere.
• Prepare, mix, garnish, and present beverages according to established recipes, standards, and portion controls.
• Describe, recommend, and educate guests on cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and food offerings.
• Verify guest identification, monitor alcohol consumption, and act appropriately in accordance with responsible service standards.
• Maintain bar setup, stocking, and cleanliness; rotate perishables to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with servers and management for smooth service flow.
• Attend required meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Complete opening/closing duties and inventory as assigned.
