Job summary

The Polo Club of Boca Raton is seeking a professional bartender to provide bar service to club members and guests in a upscale atmosphere. You will stock glassware, liquor, beer, wine and bar supplies while upholding sanitation standards and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities include taking orders, ringing up purchases, managing bar inventory and assisting with opening/closing duties. Strong English communication and reliable multitasking are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; plus a minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
• Bartending certificate preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders, prepares and serves drinks to members and guests in a timely manner.
• Rings up orders and provides accurate receipts.
• Maintains bar stock inventory and reorders as needed.
• Ensures sanitation standards meet Health Department regulations.
• Maintains proper glassware and supports bar operations during shifts.
• Assists with opening/closing duties and setup of bar area.
