You will direct operations, staffing, revenue and marketing, and act as liaison with the Client Coordinator for program planning and staffing. The role emphasizes strong leadership and exceptional member service.

You will hire, coach and develop the team, manage budgets and forecasts, and maintain a high profile with members while ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2–3 years of management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, time management, problem-solving, organization and follow-up skills.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications current.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to set the tone and culture of the site.
• Direct operations, staffing, revenue and expense goals and marketing for the fitness center.
• Hire, coach, train and develop team members; schedule workloads and monitor performance.
• Respond to member feedback with timely, professional service.
• Provide recurring reports to leadership and ensure gold-standard customer service.
• Collaborate with Client Coordinator on programs and staffing.
