Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to enhance client relationships and support financial advisors in delivering the full firm. The role requires navigating policies, onboarding clients, processing requests, and contributing to a proactive client service model.

You will interact with clients, assist with digital offerings, prepare materials for meetings, and help manage accounts while collaborating with advisors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active securities licenses (Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63/65) required.
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds).
• Excellent writing and client service skills; detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; team player with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; results driven.
• Knowledge of firm policies and ability to onboard and manage client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing requests.
• Identify and promote firm services and digital offerings.
• Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting documents and assessing risk.
• Input client orders and discuss reinvestment options and corporate actions.
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings.
• Review and act on client account alerts.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to develop a business plan and service model.
• Support marketing by maintaining materials and planning client events.
• Participate in training and firm initiatives; perform admin duties for advisors.
