Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred
• High School Diploma/Equivalency
• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing client requests
• Identify and assist with Firm services and solutions including banking products and secure digital offerings
• Authenticate clients and confirm authorization when processing requests
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect information, assess risk, process money movements, and handle estate needs
• Input client orders and discuss reinvestment options with Financial Advisors
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings
• Review and act on client account alerts
• Partner with Financial Advisors in developing a business plan and delivering client service model
• Support marketing by maintaining materials and planning client events and seminars
• Participate in training and professional development on firm priorities and policies
• Perform administrative duties supporting Financial Advisors (calls, travel, calendars)
• Participate in firm initiatives and collaborate with Financial Advisors

Education

Series 7, Series 66/63/65 licenses

High School Diploma/Equivalency

College degree preferred
