Job summary

Gresham-Barlow School District 10J is seeking a Title I Student Support TOSA for Powell Valley Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is a 1.0 FTE temporary contract with duties to support the Principal, facilitate school improvement, and engage families and communities.

The role includes instructional improvement, family engagement, student behavioral supports, and collaboration with staff. A valid Oregon teaching license and First Aid Card are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with school improvement efforts and behavioral supports preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Oregon Fingerprint Criminal Check clearance and appropriate teaching credential required.
• Reading endorsement preferred; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with school improvement efforts (professional development, coaching, data teams).
• Support RTI and literacy program fidelity and data teams across the school.
• Coordinate family involvement events and connect families with community resources.
• Support PBIS, supervise CheckIn/CheckOut data and behavior interventions.
• Assist the Principal in supporting daily work and program implementation.
