Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lesson plans for Title I reading and math aligned with CCSS.
• Coordinate with classroom teachers, specialists, and supervisor on student progress.
• Establish learning goals and objectives for Title I students.
• Diagnose learning needs, assess progress, and share findings with teachers.
• Use Title I friendly software tools as instructional and assessment resources.
• Organize schedules with teachers and specialists to support student learning.
• Communicate with parents via meetings, newsletters, conferences, emails, and calls.
• Organize and facilitate family information nights and in-home activities with parents.
• Maintain Title I student records (permissions, rosters, logs, exit letters).
• Complete Title I supplemental paperwork as required.
