Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to support lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and resources.
• Provide individual and small group support to diverse learners.
• Assist with classroom and behavior management strategies.
• Support students with personal care and specialized needs as required.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
