Responsibilities

• Work with small groups to assist in reaching IEP goals.
• Teach, review, and reinforce academic content.
• Keep accurate and organized records of student information.
• Assist in classroom setup and logistics; prep materials and manipulatives.
• Support in student behavioral management and de-escalation.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support student learning.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
• Supervise students in and out of the classroom as needed.
• Provide administrative, task-based support for teachers and operations staff.
• Take on additional responsibilities to meet student needs.
