The Claremont School District is located in the beautiful and picturesque Upper Valley Area of New Hampshire. The Claremont School District is approximately 35 minutes from Mount Sunapee Ski Resort and 30 minutes from all of the concerts and athletic events at Dartmouth College in Hanover. The Connecticut River flows nearby, making kayaking and canoeing very convenient after work and on the weekends. Hiking trails are plentiful. The teacher stays up to date with elementary curriculum content, effectively planning engaging instruction, assessing student growth, and monitoring understanding. The teacher establishes a positive, welcoming, and well-managed classroom environment while maintaining clear, supportive communication with young learners. Using age-appropriate instructional techniques, the teacher continually evaluates and refines teaching strategies to meet diverse needs. Additionally, the teacher fulfills professional responsibilities by collaborating with grade-level and school-wide teams to accomplish school and district-level goals and policies.
