Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies invites you to join our team as a Teacher, guiding early learners in a supportive classroom. You’ll implement our curriculum, create a safe environment, and connect with families to ensure the best care and education for their children.

You’ll mentor peers, lead by example, and collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, while staying active in the community and fostering children's growth every day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum with respect to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to ensure high-quality care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers and community partners.
