Qualifications

• Colorado teaching license or licensure in process with appropriate endorsement for Elementary Education or ECE (K-2).
• Submit BVSD online application.
• READ Act designation required for literacy instruction positions per SB 19-199 & SB22-004.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction aligned with district curriculum and innovative instructional strategies.
• Use DDI to assess and improve student learning; provide timely feedback and interventions.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment and foster positive behavior expectations.
• Promote equity and inclusion across diverse student populations.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication with families about student progress.
