Job summary

Applitrack is seeking an Elementary Teaching/3-5 Teacher to provide engaging instruction and support student growth in intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development. The role requires delivering aligned lessons, assessing progress, and collaborating with specialists to meet Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

The candidate will implement diverse instructional strategies, integrate technology, and maintain open communication with families and staff while supporting district policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with endorsements or required training for subject/level.
• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area.
• ESL Certification required for Pre-K/elementary and some middle/high school positions.
• Special Education Certification required for Early Childhood campuses.
• Minimum one-year student teaching or approved internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum.
• Accommodate individual student differences in lessons.
• Present content per TEA guidelines and board policies.
• Use varied instructional strategies and technology for diverse learners.
• Assess student learning and adapt instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff on IEPs.
• Plan with staff to set instructional goals and methods.
• Supervise teacher aides/volunteers and manage classroom materials.
• Integrate technology into teaching and learning.
