Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom instruction and maintain an organized, structured learning environment.
• Implement school-approved curricula using Direct Instruction and Core Knowledge methodologies.
• Promote positive student behavior and classroom management through consistent expectations and positive reinforcement.
• Provide classroom coverage and instructional assistance as assigned.
• Monitor student learning, engagement, and academic progress.
• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and instructional materials.
