Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with educational standards, teaching reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Primary duties include teaching Elementary ELA and Social Studies.
• Instructional Strategies: Use lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands‑on activities to engage students.
• Classroom Management: Establish a positive learning environment, set clear expectations and manage student conduct.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor student progress with assessments, provide feedback, and communicate with parents about academic and social-emotional development.
• Student Support: Offer individualized support, address academic or behavioral challenges.
• Collaboration: Work with teachers, specialists, and staff to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
