Job summary

Qualifications

• New Jersey Department of Education standard certificate, CE, or CEAS as required by NJ DOE.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plans a program of study meeting student needs and abilities.
• Evaluates student progress and prepares reports.
• Instructs on citizenship, basic communication skills, and core subjects.
• Provides individualized and group instruction to students with varying abilities.
• Communicates with parents about student progress.
• Maintains attendance and related records.
• Oversees student activities and coordinates staff collaboration.
