Are you an SLP passionate about helping children develop the communication skills they need to succeed? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Michigan school district to recruit a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time elementary school position.
The selected clinician will work with elementary students to address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs through individualized services and targeted interventions. You'll assess student needs, provide developmentally appropriate therapy, and incorporate practical communication strategies that support classroom participation and social interaction.
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide direct speech and language services to elementary students while developing individualized therapy plans that align with IEP objectives. Responsibilities include evaluating student performance, tracking progress, and adapting intervention approaches as needed. The SLP will also participate in student support meetings, share clinical recommendations, collaborate with teachers, families, and related service professionals, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and Michigan requirements.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders and have an active Michigan SLP license or eligibility for licensure. The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this school-based position.
