Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in the Manchester, PA area during the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves providing assessments and therapy across general and special education settings.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized plans and support students who use AAC, ensuring educational goals are met within a 40-hour week for 41 weeks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania SLP license.
• Active PDE SLP PK–12 certification in PA.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language assessments and therapy services to elementary students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication and educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students using AAC and other communication supports.
